Returns & Exchanges

At Assaf Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Assaf Trading account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items back into their original box with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
